STEP 1/15
Use a strainer to lower the flour and baking soda cocoa powder.
STEP 2/15
Add sugar, salt and eggs together and whisk until sugar dissolves. If you whip too much, it becomes a very crispy cookie, so if you want a soft cookie, mix it lightly.
STEP 3/15
Dissolve the chocolate and butter in hot water in a double bath.
STEP 4/15
I melted the sugar in medium heat and stirred it to melt it quickly^^
STEP 5/15
Now add the melted chocolate and egg mixture and mix.
STEP 6/15
After mixing well, add the grated powder.
STEP 7/15
Mix with a spatula to make sure that no raw powder is visible.
STEP 8/15
The dough is convenient to float with a spoon, but if you don't have it, you can put it up with a spoon.
The dough is good to drop thickly, but if it's too watery, put it in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes and use it.^^
STEP 9/15
It's pretty even if you just put it up, but if you want to see white snowflakes, roll it in a sugar powder and post it.
STEP 10/15
When you put sugar powder on it, you have to scoop a lot to make it look pretty.
STEP 11/15
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 14 minutes.
When you touch the top with your hand, it's very ripe if it's slightly sticky or slightly hard on the top.
STEP 12/15
Ta-da! These are basic brownie cookies.
Cracks are so pretty, right?
STEP 13/15
So this is the kid wearing sugar powder.
The cooking time is the same^^
STEP 14/15
Cool it well and put it in an envelope. It's done!
This cookie tastes better after a day, so please refer to it
STEP 15/15
I purposely whipped a lot of eggs, so the outside is crispy and the inside is chewy.
They like it better, so I made it into two versions^^
The texture of this cookie depends on how long you heat the egg. If you like soft ones, melt only a little sugar. If you like crispy and chewy ones, whip as much as you want and mix the powder^^
