I strongly recommend 100000% tomato egg soup. If you come home as a guest and cook Chinese food, I think I will definitely serve it as a pre-dinner soup. Tomatoes are said to have to be cooked to maximize the nutrients in tomatoes, but the food I want to make to my mom who likes Korean food is the best 1!! Making tomato egg soup!!

  • potato starch

  • Soy sauce
    1spoon
  • Chicken stock
    1/2spoon

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Put oil in a pot and add green onion to make green onion oil.
STEP 2/8
Cut tomatoes into cubes while green onion oil is being made. You just have to cut it.
STEP 3/8
When green onion oil is ready, add tomatoes over medium heat and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
STEP 4/8
Boil tomatoes to soften and stir not to stick to the bottom. Add 300ml of water. Add 1 spoon of soy sauce and 1/2 spoon of chicken stock, please.
STEP 5/8
I will make starch water while boiling water in a pot.
Mix 2 tablespoons of water in 2 tablespoons of starch. (Use cold water!)
STEP 6/8
When the water boils up, add starch water and adjust the concentration. If it is bland after tasting it, add soy sauce.
STEP 7/8
Add 1 egg to the starch water and mix. Please turn off the gas stove.

It's done! You just need to put it in the bowl!
I put rice in tomato soup and it was delicious. Noodles noodles and udon noodles are also delicious.
