Seoritae Soybean Paste with Golden Recipe
This is Seoritae bean-jaban that I made and sent to my son and child who live in Tokyo. It's super simple, but it's so delicious that it becomes bland.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Soak Seo-tae in cold water for 2 hours
STEP 2/9
Put the soaked seotae in a large pot and pour 900ml of cold water

Add 4 pieces of kelp

It can overflow when it boils, so close the lid at an angle and boil over high heat

When it boils, boil it over medium heat and remove the kelp after 2 minutes.
Bring to a boil until the soup is reduced in half.

Add seasoning and simmer until sauce is almost gone

Turn off the heat and add 3 tablespoons of sesame oil

If you mix it together, it's glossy, so it's savory and sweet and salty Seoritae beans.
If you add kelp when you boil Seoritae, it becomes more delicious soy sauce.
