STEP 1/6
Make a sauce by adding 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, half tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of minced pepper, half tablespoon of brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.

While trimming bok choy, mix the sauce with the duck meat.
STEP 3/6
I will cut the bottom of bok choy and fry the thick bottom first.

The duck produces a lot of oil, so stir-fry it without oil.
When the duck is almost done, I'll add bok choy.
STEP 5/6
Put the bottom of bok choy first and stir-fry it, and then add the thin leaves.
STEP 6/6
Put it on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Add a little bit of thick soy sauce for the lack of liver. The seasoning was just right for me.
If you don't have bok choy, I think it would be good to add a few thick green onions.
