STEP 1/9
Wash 400g of chicken leg meat clean.

Drain cleanly washed chickens with cotton cloth or kitchen towel. Dip the chicken leg meat with a fork so that the liver cuts well.

Marinate chicken leg meat with 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, a pinch of salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.

Cut 3 garlic stems into bite-size pieces

Add all the soy sauce ingredients and mix well. 2 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of starch syrup, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tbsp

Bake the chicken legs, marinated in a preheated pan for more than 30 minutes, with the skin facing the bottom.
STEP 7/9
Cook over high and medium heat as if frying.
STEP 8/9
If the color is gone and the chicken leg meat is baked, cut it into bite-sized pieces and cook it as if it is boiled down with soy sauce.
STEP 9/9
If you cook it for about 5 minutes, it's done with braised chicken leg soy sauce. :)
