Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the cabbage into the right size.Cut the green onion into 5cm long pieces and chop it into long pieces. Chop the green onion into small pieces
STEP 2/8
Put a cup of water, red pepper paste, red pepper powder, sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl and mix them well
STEP 3/8
Wash the eggs thoroughly, add salt and vinegar to the water, and boil for 7 minutes when the water starts to boil (half-cooked)
Or put eggs on low heat for 11 minutes,
Soak it in cold water

Remove the anchovies or dried pollack from a heated pan and stir-fry it slightly
(Removing fishy taste, leaving a thick soup)
Add 3 cups of water, and boil the soup

Add cooking oil to the pan and fry dumplings and fish cakes until golden brown

I put the seasoning that I made into the broth and added 1t of kelp powder
When using anchovy powder, use it as a product that doesn't smell fishy (optional)

Add rice cake and bring to a boil, add cabbage and green onion, simmer for a while to make the soup cut well

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and turn off the heat
Kids like it if you add a little bit of ramen powder^^
