STEP 1/8
Soak 1.5 cups of tteokbokki in water for about 20 minutes. If you parboil it in boiling water, you can use it right away. I just called the rice cake to prepare other ingredients while it was soaked in water.
STEP 2/8
Chop the onion and carrot.
STEP 3/8
Slice the mushrooms.
STEP 4/8
Chop up the beef, please. You can also use beef brisket.
STEP 5/8
I'll make the soy sauce.
5 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, 2 spoons of cooking wine, 2 spoons of oligosaccharide, 1 spoon of sesame oil, 1/2 spoon of sesame seeds
Add all and mix well.
STEP 6/8
Put the beef in the pan first and stir-fry it. When the beef is cooked to a certain extent, add the soaked rice cake. And add a little water, please. I'm going to use a method of frying rice cakes. When the rice cake is cooked properly, add chopped carrots and onions and keep frying.
STEP 7/8
Add the soy sauce and stir-fry until the sauce boils down, and it's done!
STEP 8/8
The nutritious royal tteokbokki with lots of beef and vegetables has been completed. I like the taste of rice cake with soy sauce. The sauce is not spicy, so my daughter eats it well. Beef and vegetables stick to the rice cake, right? I take it all off and eat it, but I'm eating beef and vegetables well with rice cake today. With both hands, thumbs up.Haha. I feel so good to see my child eat nutritious food evenly in my mom's heart is so good. I'm happy that my child ate well. Royal Tteokbokki with soy sauce seasoning that children like! It'd be nice if you made it, right?
If you soak rice cakes in advance and use them, you can make tteokbokki much softer.
