Add 30g of glutinous rice flour, 50g of gravity, a little salt, 1 tsp sugar, and 1 tsp baking powder.

Pour milk and mix a lot.

Apply olive oil to the pan and pour the dough into the tail of the fish bun first, and it goes down to the body.

Turn the gas stove down and pour the dough in, and while pouring, the bottom will cook a little, close the lid, and turn it over right away.
I used red beans for shaved ice.

Cook over medium low heat and check in the middle. It cooks faster than you think. 5 to 8 minutes
Red beans for shaved ice are delicious but a little sweet. I think you can mix regular red beans with boiled ones.
They also use flour, water, and eggs.
