STEP 1/9
Please preprocess 1/4 onions and carrots like in the picture
STEP 2/9
Prepare 8 to 10 chili peppers in one finger size
STEP 3/9
Please prepare 400g of fish cake It's more chewy than the square fish cake we made before
STEP 4/9
Make it according to the sauce recipe
STEP 5/9
Add plenty of oil to the pan, stir-fry garlic, add vegetables, and stir-fry slightly
STEP 6/9
Add the prepared fish cake and stir-fry it so that it mixes well with the vegetables
STEP 7/9
Adjust the amount of sauce to suit your taste
Reduce the heat to medium and stir-fry it well
You don't have to stir-fry it for too long. Stir-fry it until the sauce is mixed
STEP 8/9
Add the prepared pepper and if you like crunchy ones, turn off the heat when the pepper scent comes up and stir-fry it for a long time if you like
STEP 9/9
If you sprinkle sesame seeds on the stir-fried fish cake, it's done!
