Making Seomcho Seasoning - Prepare 7 Seomchoes. Cut the pink roots, remove the leaves one by one, and wash them in water four to five times.

Put 100g of washed cedar vinegar in a microwave container, heat it in the microwave for just 2 minutes, take it out, rinse it in water, and squeeze it out.

If you mix 70g of blanched cedar vinegar with the prepared seasoning, it's done.

Making Seomcho Gimbap - Heat 150g of rice in the microwave and mix with sesame salt, a pinch of salt, and 5ml of sesame oil.

Cut into bite-size pieces and serve on the table.
