First, I'll take a big one
Slice thinly.

Water for at least 10 minutes to drain starch
Dip it in.

When you soak it in water, add 1~2 small amount of salt to the sweet potato and increase the sugar content.

Drain the sweet potato as much as possible.
You can make it crispy only when there is no water.

Put the drained sweet potatoes in a plastic pack, add 1 tablespoon of melted butter, mix well, and then add 1 tablespoon of sugar to mix well with the bag.

Place sweet potatoes on the air fryer net. If there's a net, you can put it up right away. If you don't have a net, put a paper foil and put sweet potatoes on top of it at a certain interval.

After cooking it for 10 minutes at 185 degrees
Turn the sweet potatoes upside down
For the second round, 180 minutes. 5 to 7 minutes
Please grill it one more time.

If you put it right out of the air fryer and overlap it, it may become soggy, so spread it out on the cooling net and cool it down. ^^
