Prepare the ingredients based on the mini rice cooker (refer to the ingredients above)

Place eggs at room temperature for an hour or two

Separate the egg white and the yolk.

I'm making meringue with the white.
First, prepare the separated white and 80g of sugar.
Stir the egg whites with a whisk
If the beer bubbles come up
Add 1/3 of the sugar.

The meringue is well made.

In the other bowl, the yolk,
Add 40g of sugar and 1t of salt.

Add 8 drops of vanilla extract.

Bake it for 40 minutes in multi-purpose jjim mode.

Rather than grilling it right away
After a day of cooling down
It's much more chewy and soft and moist.
Leave the eggs at room temperature for an hour or two to remove the cold air
