STEP 1/5
[Making salmon soy sauce]
You can put 0.7 cups of soy sauce into 1 cup of soy sauce and 0.7 cups of soju in Cheongju, but I didn't have rice wine, so I replaced it with the sake that was left at home.
Once the soy sauce boils up, turn off the heat, add a pinch of bonito, so-called "gas of fish," and cool it down, and the salmon sushi soy sauce is over.
STEP 2/5
[Making salmon sushi rice]
Set the amount of water less than usual and cook the rice with several kelp on top of the rice itself.
STEP 3/5
[Making salmon sushi with sweet vinegar]
For salmon sushi, mix 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and half a tablespoon of salt. There are other vinegar that goes well with octopus vinegar or sushi, but you don't usually have those at home, so you can just use vinegar.
STEP 4/5
[Preparing ingredients for salmon sushi]
To make sushi, cut onions that go well with salmon into thin slices and soak them in cold water to remove the spicy taste, and squeeze a little bit of wasabi for the sushi.
And cut the salmon thick enough to put it on top of the sushi. Cut it according to your preference.
STEP 5/5
[Making salmon sushi]
Add sweet vinegar water to the hard-boiled rice and mix well ~ Don't put in all the sweet vinegar water, but leave a little. It's good that rice grains don't stick to your hands when you put sweet vinegar on your hands.
Now, lump the rice well with one hand and lightly coat the rice with wasabi with the other finger.
If you put salmon on top of it, the basic salmon sushi is completed.
The point of salmon sushi is rice. If you measure sweet vinegar water with hard rice, you will be able to eat delicious salmon sushi.
