[A healthy diet] Soondae, stir-fried soondae recipe
I bought a vacuum pack and a pack of sundae. Let's stir-fry it.

  • Sundae
    1pack
  • Cabbage
    300g
  • leek
    1piece
  • Sesame leaf
    1/2pack
  • crushed garlic
    2ts
  • plum extract
    2TS
  • the liquid of tuna
    2ts
  • Red pepper powder
    1.5TS
  • olive oil
    3TS
  • Vinegar
    5~6drop
  • cooking wine
    1TS
  • ground pepper
    2little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut the pack sundae a bit longer.
STEP 2/7
Electric rice cooker menu, choose steamed and cook. (One root of green onion + 20ml of water + a little cooking wine + a little pepper)

While we're cooking sundae
Stir-fry cabbage in a pan.
(Olive oil + minced garlic + red pepper powder + plum juice + 1 tsp tuna juice)
+ 5 spoons of water)

Cook evenly in cabbage seasoning.

Pour it into a pan and stir-fry the fried cabbage a little more.
Stir-fry it and taste it.
Cut the sundae into bite-sized pieces.

I eat it wrapped in perilla leaves.
When you stir-fry it with perilla leaves, the scent of perilla leaves gets on it.
If you wrap it with sundae, cabbage, and perilla leaves, it has a better scent and texture.
Perilla seeds are more delicious.

I forgot.
It won't break if you cook it with regular electric rice cooker menu.
