Chop up the cabbage.

Chop 1/5 carrots as finely as possible.

Beat in an egg.

Put the chopped cabbage and carrots in a pot and add 1T of cooking oil.

Add 1T of minced garlic and stir-fry until cabbage is softened for 3 to 4 minutes.

When the vegetables are all fried, add a bowl of rice and pour in about 400ml of water.

After dissolving the rice grains, when the porridge starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium low and add 1T of chicken stock.

Add 1T of the tuna liquid and simmer for another 7 to 8 minutes.

When the porridge is done boiling, add all the beaten eggs and cook lightly without stirring for about 30 seconds, and stir well.

When the egg in the cabbage porridge is done, turn off the heat, add 0.5T of sesame oil, add a pinch of salt, and mix.

If the cabbage is cooked thoroughly, it will be softer and more delicious.
