These days, I eat pizza or pasta more than Christmas, year-end parties, and Korean food. Even if you don't have enough pasta sauce or ingredients, it's quick! Napolitan pasta, a cost-effective and casual pasta that can be made simple but rich and delicious using cold ingredients with ketchup and sausage! It's better because I don't get tired of eating it anytime and don't feel pressured. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
: Preparation of materials
2 servings of pasta noodles
1-2 Frank sausages
Or 5-6 Vienna sausages
1/3 onions
a handful of mushrooms
1/3 green and red bell peppers each
A bit of salt for the noodles
Cooking oil (olive oil)
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons of Worcester Sauce
1 spoonful of butter (optional)
1 tsp sugar (optional)
A little bit of water or noodles
A little bit of salt and pepper

1. Boil pasta noodles
Put a pinch of salt into the boiling water and boil the pasta noodles (8 minutes) for the best time as described in the instructions.

- Chop the onions in 1/2-1/3 pieces depending on the size

3. stir-frying
Stir-fry onions and mushrooms in an oiled pan
Put in the sausage as soon as the scent comes up
You can stir-fry bell peppers, too
I prefer crunchy texture, so I put it in last.

4. Stir-fry it with sauce
- Add butter to stir-fry ingredients to add flavor
(If you don't have it, you can skip it.)
- When butter melts, add ketchup, Worcester, and sugar and mix them evenly. If there is no Worcester, add soy sauce or oyster sauce about half of Worcester's portion.

5. Mixing noodles
Put the boiled noodles and bell peppers or paprika in the sauce and mix them evenly by reducing heat or low heat. You can put bell peppers in the butter stage first and cook them more savory. If it's dry, add 1 or 2 spoons of noodles or water to adjust the concentration and season with salt and pepper.
