Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
[The acorn jelly]
Slice perilla leaves, carrots, and red onions thinly.
STEP 2/8
Cut the crown daisy into small sizes, please.
STEP 3/8
Cut the acorn jelly into rectangles, please.
STEP 4/8
Please make the soy sauce.
STEP 5/8
Place perilla leaves on a plate, place acorn jelly, onion, carrot, crown daisy, and top with soy sauce seasoning.

Cut cranberries in half and bite-size orange, onion and celery.

Chop jalapeno into small pieces and shred ginger and mint into thin slices.

Put them all in a mix bowl and season with lime juice, sugar, salt and pepper.
