STEP 1/8
Cut a head of tofu in half,
Cut it into 3 or 4 pieces
(It doesn't matter if you cut it big to your liking)
STEP 2/8
Pour enough cooking oil in a frying pan and fry it in front and back until it's golden brown
Please put it in.
STEP 3/8
5TS of cooking oil in a wok or frying pan
After you put it on, add 1ts of minced garlic and 3ts of chopped green onion
Add and add garlic green onion oil for 30 seconds.

Then 100g of sweetened meat,
Add 2ts of red pepper powder and 1/3ts of ginger powder
Stir-fry for about a minute.

Then pour a cup of paper (150ml) of water and bring to a boil.

When it starts to boil, add tofu
1Ts of soy sauce, 1Ts of oyster sauce, and 1Ts of sugar
Put it in and mix it well.

When it starts boiling again, add starch water
(Starch powder 2TS, water 60ml mix)
After you mix it and adjust the concentration
Please turn the light off.
STEP 8/8
Put a bowl of warm rice on a plate
If you put mapo tofu on it,
The delicious Mapa Tofu Rice is complete.
It'll be a nutritious meal.
1. Garlic and green onion oil improve the flavor.
2. When frying tofu, it becomes crispy if you pour enough cooking oil.
3. Adjust the concentration by pouring starch water.
