STEP 1/7
Please prepare the ingredients like in the picture Beef rump or sirloin area salt, pepper, onion, garlic
STEP 2/7
Slice onions and garlic, and two out of five garlics are used to smell garlic. Prepare it like a sauce picture and return it to the stove to adjust the temperature.
STEP 3/7
Sprinkle the prepared amount of salt and pepper and pat the meat with your hands to season
STEP 4/7
Heat the pan over low heat, add oil and garlic, stir-fry gently for 1 minute to give it a flavor. After that, put the meat over medium heat and grill it all so that the juice doesn't come out. Remove the garlic in the middle and bake until golden as shown in the picture. (About 2 minutes)
STEP 5/7
When the meat is cooked, add the prepared sauce, close the lid, and cook over medium-low heat for 1 minute/overside for 1 minute.
STEP 6/7
Place the grilled meat in a bowl of onion and garlic and immediately boil the sauce and pour it into the center of the onion. After that, when it cools down, ripen it in a cat storage for 2 hours (turn it upside down once in the middle) or put it in a zipper bag and put it in a vacuum refrigerator
STEP 7/7
Add onions and garlic/a little bit of other vegetables, slice gyutadaki thinly, sprinkle with sauce, and eat together You may put some ground ginger on it.
*I prefer medium, so I steamed it for 2 minutes,
Steam for 1 minute if you want medium rare.
*If you don't have time, cut the meat after cooling and soak it in the sauce, and you can eat it in about 20 minutes.
*It's too much, so if you use medium rare, just take out the sauce
Bring to a boil one more time and cool it down and pour it in.
Then you can leave it in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
