STEP 1/12
Prepare the ingredients.
Please check the measurement above.
STEP 2/12
I used seasoned laver.
I'm going to make two servings, so I prepared a total of two.
It's 7g per piece.
STEP 3/12
Tzuyu used No Brand products.
Tzuyu's taste is all different. My standard is no brand
It's based on Tzuyu.
STEP 4/12
I also bought buckwheat noodles from No Brand.
STEP 5/12
When the water starts to boil, add 400g of buckwheat noodles.
STEP 6/12
Buckwheat noodles can overflow if it boils up
Add some water in the middle.
Cook over high heat for about 5 minutes.
STEP 7/12
While boiling the noodles, chop the green onions often~
If you have chives, you can use them. I only had green onions, so I used them.
STEP 8/12
After 5 minutes, remove the noodles and rinse them in cold water.
And, shake off all the water. If there's a lot of water left
Perilla oil and tzuyu are floating, so it's not good.
You should remove the water as much as possible.
STEP 9/12
Put it in a large container and season it
Add 2T of plum extract.
STEP 10/12
I'll put in 7T of perilla oil.
STEP 11/12
Tzuyu also puts in 7T.
If you put perilla oil and tsuyu in a 1:1 ratio, it's almost right.
Individual tastes are different, so if you think it's not enough, you can try it and add more.
STEP 12/12
It's a little too much for two people.
Put it in a bowl to make it easy to eat and tear the seasoned laver prepared on top of it. On top of that, put green onions and sesame seeds, and it's done.
Perilla oil makguksu is very simple
It's a pretty good dish.
If you have perilla seed powder at home, it's great to add it!
I tried adding perilla powder while eating it, but it's really savory It was delicious.
