Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
You can put in the vegetables that go into the ingredients you like, but I recommend it because I think it goes well with the chamul.

First, don't boil and cool acorn jelly right away, but if it's refrigerated or purchased, make sure to blanch it and cool it. The texture is soft and the taste is good after blanched.
