This is a cookie cutter I bought at Daiso. It's a cute animal shape.

Beat in the butter at room temperature,

Add sugar and salt to the mascoba and mix.

Add milk and vanilla extract and mix.
STEP 5/10
Add the strong rice powder, almond powder, and baking powder and mix.
STEP 6/10
After lumping together, refrigerated tissue lasts at least 30 minutes to 1 hour
STEP 7/10
Make the dough about 4mm thick and dip it using a cookie cutter. The picture is a cookie shaped like a baby lion

Baby Rabbit and Baby Bear-Shaped Cookies

Bake at 180 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove when the color is golden overall.
*If you use cookie cutter with rice powder, it comes off better.
