I'll try to make a hearty japchae rice.

Slice paprika and onions and prepare them.
And wash spinach thoroughly, drain, and prepare.
And you have to soak the glass noodles in water for 15-20 minutes.

Stir-fry meat in oil by regular japchae makers, then add all the prepared vegetables and stir-fry until they are out of breath.

Now add the oil and stir-fry the soaked glass noodles.
And half a cup of soy sauce as written above.Add a little bit of pepper, 1T of sugar, and a little bit of sesame
Stir-fry until the seasoning is soaked.
Vegetables are not seasoned, so it's okay to be a little salty

Then stir-fry it in seasoned glass noodles, add the vegetables and meat on the side, and stir-fry it while mixing.

And the japchae is seasoned, so I'll add a bit of pepper here
Add 1T of oyster sauce for 1 serving of japchae rice and stir-fry slightly.

And if you put it on top of the rice, it's delicious japchae over rice.
