STEP 1/9
Preparation of materials
(I only put in half of the radish image.)
STEP 2/9
Chop the radishes, make the green onions long, and slice the cheongyang peppers sideways. (see video)
STEP 3/9
Add 1 spoon of cooking oil/ sesame oil and stir-fry only radish.
STEP 4/9
When the radish becomes transparent, add beef and mix it
STEP 5/9
Reduce the heat to low and stir-fry lightly with 3 spoons of red pepper powder, 1 spoon of ground garlic, and 2 spoons of soy sauce. (It's more like mixing it rather than stir-frying it.)
STEP 6/9
When the radish turns red, pour 1.5L (or broth) of water and bring to a boil.
STEP 7/9
When it boils, remove the foam and oil. (That way, it's cleaner~)
STEP 8/9
Add green onion, cheongyang red pepper and 2/3 spoonful of salted shrimp and bring to a boil. (I only put salted shrimp without the soup)
STEP 9/9
If you boil it, it's done!
