STEP 1/9
Prepare garlic, cherry tomatoes, and black olives by cutting them in half.
STEP 2/9
Cut the temples in half and drain them with a kitchen towel.
STEP 3/9
Next, add pepper to season.
STEP 4/9
Melt 2T of butter in a preheated pan
STEP 5/9
Add garlic and stir-fry.
STEP 6/9
Stir-fry with temple and shrimp when the subtle scent of garlic comes up.
STEP 7/9
Add 1T of lemon juice and stir-fry when the temples and shrimp begin to cook.
STEP 8/9
Add cherry tomatoes, black olives, rosemary, and thyme when the temples and shrimp are cooked properly.
STEP 9/9
Rosemary, when the delicate scent of time comes up, sprinkle it while grinding Regiano block cheese as a finish, and you're done with stir-fried shrimp temples.
At the end, if you add herbs such as rosemary and thyme, it can control the fishy smell of shrimp and temples, and it tastes better because it has a scent.
If you don't have lemon juice at home, you can add mirin, but I prefer sour lemon juice to mirin.
