Ingredients
Radish
1/2ea
Beef Soup Street
250g
perilla powder
2~3TS
Korean style soy sauce
2TS
ground pepper

Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Peel the radish and cut it into bite-sized pieces
STEP 2/6
Add chopped radish, beef soup, sesame oil/pepper powder and stir-fry until the beef is almost cooked, then pour water or broth again to soak and simmer
STEP 3/6
Remove the foam from the boil
STEP 4/6
Season with soy sauce or salt
STEP 5/6
Boil for about 15 minutes and add perilla seed powder to dissolve well so that it doesn't clump together
*Adjust perilla powder to your taste
STEP 6/6
Add perilla powder and boil it for 5 more minutes
When you stir-fry it, you can add a little bit of minced garlic I took it off on purpose
