STEP 1/6
I prepared the old bachelor kimchi at home.
Prepare an adequate amount for your drink.
STEP 2/6
I usually add water, but this time, I added rice water. I'll add 500ml of rice water.
STEP 3/6
I'm going to make Chonggak kimchi stew now.
Add rice water to the old radish kimchi. And I put in six anchovies.
I was thinking about adding pork, but for a clean taste, I added only anchovies to give the soup a deep taste.
STEP 4/6
When it boils up, add 1 spoon of red pepper powder to make the color of the soup stand out. And the old bachelor kimchi I had at home was a little sour, so I added 0.3 spoons of sugar.
I didn't season the kimchi separately because it's all seasoned. If you think it's not enough seasoning, you can add a little bit of kimchi soup, or if you think it's not enough, you can add a little bit of salt. If you want to feel the taste of eating at a restaurant, you can taste the same if you add a little bit of salt instead!
STEP 5/6
The old radish kimchi is completely ripe young radish kimchi! I cooked it for a long time.
It wasn't completely old radish kimchi, so it wasn't soft and a little hard. So I cooked it for him.
I think a bowl of rice becomes empty in an instant even if I eat this softened radish kimchi and rice. It's also rice thief if you eat it with half-cooked egg yolk.
STEP 6/6
Sometimes, it's good to make and eat old bachelor kimchi when it's hard to handle! You can add tofu to your liking.
I mixed rice with yolk and soup and ate a bite of old radish kimchi in the soup, so I emptied a bowl without any other side dishes.
Make a simple recipe, Chonggak Kimchi Stew, and try it.
