STEP 1/9
I prepared ingredients for stir-fried squid.
You can use biological squid instead of semi-dried squid.
When cooking with biological squid, blanch the squid slightly and stir-fry it or cook over high heat to prevent water from forming.
STEP 2/9
Add the sauce and make the sauce
STEP 3/9
Cut the onions into 1cm thick pieces and the carrots into 0.2cm thick pieces
STEP 4/9
Peel the squid and wash it clean.
Cut it in half and cut it into 1.5cm wide pieces
STEP 5/9
(1) Place 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat
(2) Stir-fry the sliced garlic and make it smell like garlic
(3) Add carrots and stir-fry them
(4) When the carrots are half cooked, add the squid and stir-fry for a minute
STEP 6/9
(1) Add onions, please
(2) Stir-fry the onion until it's half cooked
(3) Add the sauce, please
(4) Stir-fry onions so that they are transparent
STEP 7/9
Please put in the green onions.
I couldn't put in a little because I didn't have it, but it's more delicious if you put in a lot of green onions.
STEP 8/9
Stir in and turn off the heat.
STEP 9/9
If you want something more spicy, you can cut a couple of Cheongyang peppers and add cabbage and perilla leaves.
I stir-fried it over medium heat because I was cooking it with half-dried squid, but you have to stir-fry it quickly over high heat so that the water doesn't come out and the squid doesn't get tough.
