Preparation of materials

Cut the radish in half and cut it into 1.5cm pieces, and cut the konjac into 1cm pieces, then cut it in the middle, insert the end, and make a tangle shape. (see video)
STEP 3/7
When the water boils, add 1 spoonful of vinegar and konjac, blanch for about 1 minute and drain.
STEP 4/7
Add 600ml of water, seafood pack again and boil for about 10 minutes. (I like anchovy kelp stock, too)
STEP 5/7
When the broth is made, add 60ml of soy sauce (about 1/3 cup with paper cup), 2 spoons of sugar, 2 spoons of ground garlic, and mix well
STEP 6/7
Add radish and blanched konjac and boil it. (Close the lid and push~)
STEP 7/7
If it's boiled down, poke it with chopsticks and go in! (I think it's boiled down on medium heat for about 25 to 30 minutes.).. Each house has a different fire strength and amount, so please cook it to the point of mercy!)
