  • perilla oil
    1spoon
  • red pepper paste

  • thick soy sauce
    1spoon
  • Sugar
    1spoon
  • Red pepper powder
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14

Prepare potatoes, spam, onions, pork, green onions, and minced garlic.

Mash the spam with your hands using a plastic pack.

Stir-fry with pork using perilla oil.

Prepare potatoes and onions by cutting them.

Add minced garlic and stir-fry again.

While stir-frying pork, add potatoes and onions and stir-fry red pepper paste, dark soy sauce, sugar, and red pepper powder.
