If you use seasoned laver, it's not that salty? So if you have seasoned laver at home, you can just use it. But normally, you can use seaweed for gimbap, right?
Since it's a small gimbap, I need to cut the seaweed. When I cut it, it's about 12cm by 12cm long.

Put rice, chives, cucumbers, fish cakes, carrots, and egg garnish on top of the seaweed and roll it to make delicious little gimbap.

2 spoons of soft mustard, 2 spoons of water, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1/2 spoon of sugar, 1/2 spoon of sesame seeds
Add and mix evenly.

It looks good served with mustard sauce. It looks more delicious after sprinkling sesame seeds. I made it with a lot of vegetables, so I like the refreshing and refreshing taste.
