STEP 1/9
Boil 500ml of water and 10g of chicken stock.
(It's also available as a bottle in the mart, so it's good to use for soup dishes. If you don't have it, skip it or make another cup of broth.)
STEP 2/9
Prepare onions, carrots, garlic, and celery little by little and cut them into small pieces. I'm going to use it for the sauce.
STEP 3/9
Stir-fry bacon in a frying pan and when oil comes out, stir-fry onions, garlic, carrots, and celery. If the bacon doesn't produce oil, add a little olive oil.
STEP 4/9
Add minced beef and stir-fry it
STEP 5/9
Add 200g of tomato sauce and a cup of chicken stock. Add a little salt and pepper.
Reduce heat and simmer sauce for about 20 minutes.
STEP 6/9
Boil penne in boiling water for about 12 minutes while sauce is being made.
STEP 7/9
Add 30g of milk to the sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes.
STEP 8/9
Pour the freshly made bolognese sauce over a well-boiled penne and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
STEP 9/9
The Parmesan cheese powder melts and seeps in, and the color disappears
It's delicious even if you use long spaghetti noodles.
