I will prepare a delicious meal with seafood from Norway mackerel.

Defrost the mackerel and remove moisture with a kitchen towel.

After cutting the mackerel, sprinkle pepper evenly.
After seasoning, let it ripen for about 10 minutes.

Then sprinkle a little bit of flour.

Add enough cooking oil to the pan and grill the mackerel.
Bake on high heat and adjust to medium heat.

Press the outside of the mackerel slightly with a flipper so that it can be cooked evenly.

Remove the oil with a kitchen towel.

Cut 1 lemon into 2~3 slices and squeeze.

Wipe the pan clean with a kitchen towel,
Bring to a boil with butter + moderate amount of lemon juice.

Add a little sugar to control the sourness.
Bring to a boil for 3 to 5 minutes.

Pour the butter lemon sauce into the mackerel and it's done!

Bake the bread in the same pan.
It's a pan that boiled butter + lemon, so you can bake bread really deliciously!

Place mashed avocado on bread.

Put the grilled mackerel on top and you're done!!
