Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Put anchovies in a net, pour kelp and 6 cups of water, and start boiling
STEP 2/6
Cut all vegetables into half-moon slices

When anchovy broth boils for more than 20 minutes, add vegetables and boil together

When vegetables are cooked, remove anchovies and stir well to prevent clumping

When the noodles are cooked, add minced garlic and soy sauce, season them, and sprinkle green onions

Put sesame oil, sesame seeds, pepper, and stir-fried seaweed in a bowl
