How to make Stir-fried Zucchini Shrimp Making Stir-fried Zucchin
Personally, I don't like stir-fried zucchini because of the unique smell of zucchini, but after making it with this recipe introduced by Altoran a long time ago, I came to like it. The point was to stir-fry zucchini with perilla oil!

  • salted shrimp

  • perilla oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut each end of the zucchini, cut it in half,
Cut it into 0.7cm thick half-moon shapes.
STEP 2/9
Shred the onion.
STEP 3/9
Cut the red pepper in half, remove the inner shell and seeds, and slice it thinly.
STEP 4/9
Finely chop only the salted shrimp.
STEP 5/9
In a heated pan, cover with perilla oil, then add zucchini and stir-fry over medium heat for about 4 minutes.
STEP 6/9
Stir-fry onion and minced salted shrimp.
STEP 7/9
Add minced garlic and stir-fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
STEP 8/9
Let's check the seasoning.
If you like samgyupsal, this is fine, but if you like the simple taste, add 1t of Hongyoung's crab soy sauce.
STEP 9/9
Turn off the light, and in the presence of residual heat,
Add red pepper and mix evenly.
