STEP 1/10
Wipe the blood off the meat with a kitchen towel.
STEP 2/10
I'm going to cut brie cheese and dried plums between the meat. Cut it into pieces.

Make a cut on the side of the meat and put cheese and dried plums.

Apply plenty of olive oil to the front and back of the meat and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Boil 2g of chicken stock in about 200ml of water. (I'm going to use it to make sauce)

Add olive oil and roast the meat back and forth, then add the mushrooms and butter (meat juice seeps into the mushrooms

Take out the cooked meat and add 2-3 ladles of the boiled chicken stock. Add a pinch of flour and mix.

Add butter, melt, sprinkle a little salt and simmer a little longer.
(This is steak sauce)

Put the meat in a container or cut and put it in and sprinkle the sauce.
STEP 10/10
The black thing is the dry plums. It's very well cooked.
Next to the meat is an apple. Apples are baked in butter and then with sugar. It can be omitted, so I'm letting you know separately. It's even more delicious if you eat it together.
