A savory oyster pancake recipe that makes it super simple
I made savory oyster pancakes with lots of chives in raw oysters that are in season these days. I'll give you a simple but delicious tip on making oyster pancakes.

Cooking Steps

Add 2 tablespoons of thick salt and gently mix raw oysters and cook in water 3 times

Drain the raw oysters in a strainer

Cut the chives into 2cm long pieces

Add 50g of pancake powder to chives, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and salt, and mix

Add 4 eggs and mix

Add raw oysters

If you mix it gently, it's a dough

Preheat the pan over medium-low heat

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and scoop the batter one by one with a spoon when the oil is hot
