Add 2 tablespoons of thick salt and gently mix raw oysters and cook in water 3 times

Drain the raw oysters in a strainer

Cut the chives into 2cm long pieces

Add 50g of pancake powder to chives, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and salt, and mix
