It's not even the beginning of spring, but the beginning of winter has passed, and spring has already come out. (Strawberries come out and it comes out ^^) Since spring dong is so crunchy, they sometimes boil spring dongguk by blanching it slightly. So from the beginning when I made the broth, I tried boiling it with spring dong, and it was better than I thought. It was more savory and I could feel the rich taste of spring dong. (To be honest, the last spring dongguk is the best when you cook it ^^) And there's beef bone soup that's about to expire, I used it with anchovy broth.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Remove the withered leaves of spring winter, remove all the leaves, wash them clean, and strain them through a sieve.
STEP 2/12
Cut spring dong into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/12
Prepare a broth pack. (radish, onion skin, ginger, green onion roots, defoli, anchovies)

Boil spring dong, broth pack, and water in a pot.

When it boils, add the beef bone soup stock pack and bring to a boil.

Take out the broth pack.

After mixing the soybean paste, taste it.

Add minced garlic.

Add onion, red pepper, and green onion.

Add fine red pepper powder and red pepper powder and boil.

Add soy sauce and check the seasoning.

Add Hongyoung's snow crab white fish soy sauce and finally check the liver.
