STEP 1/16
Slice the carrots thinly.
I also made other gimbap, so I fried a lot of carrots.
Put cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry 0.5 spoon of minced garlic. When the garlic scent comes up, add the shredded carrots and stir-fry them.
STEP 2/16
Instead of ham for kimbap, I put canned ham at home. I baked a canned ham from No Brand that tastes similar to spam.
And when it's cooked, cut it into the shape of a ham in the middle of the picture so that it can be put in the gimbap.
STEP 3/16
It is an egg that is one of the ingredients for petal kimbap.
I made egg water with 2 eggs.
And I left some to make water drop kimbap.
Beat the eggs to make the egg mixture, spread the egg mixture on a pan covered with cooking oil and cook it. After cooling the cooked eggs, cut them into long pieces to make them easy to eat.
STEP 4/16
Petal kimbap (also known as flower kimbap and gujeolpan kimbap) I've collected the ingredients. The meat up there is the ingredient for another gimbap.
I will put carrot, egg, ham, pickled radish, burdock in flower kimbap.
You can prepare the ingredients you want.
STEP 5/16
I seasoned the rice for the gimbap.
It's best to heat up cold rice, but I didn't have cold rice at home, so I made a new one. Mix hot rice well with 2 spoons of sesame oil, 1 spoon of sesame seeds, and salt. It depends on the amount of rice, so you can season the gimbap according to your taste.
STEP 6/16
The seasoning of the rice for the gimbap was also good, so you can roll the gimbap now.
STEP 7/16
First of all, to make petal gimbap, cut the gimbap into quarters. I'm going to wrap the ingredients for each of them.
STEP 8/16
Wrap the ingredients in each kimbap with the seaweed cut into quarters.
You have to roll it in the same amount to make it look pretty.
STEP 9/16
In making petal kimbap, we're going to make rice now.
When you roll the rice, cut the seaweed in half.
STEP 10/16
Spread the rice evenly with the seaweed cut in half like this half.
When I make gimbap, I spread out the rice thinly, so I spread it thinly again this time.
STEP 11/16
If you put the ingredients into the gimbap that you rolled into four pieces and roll it, you're done making petal gimbap!!
STEP 12/16
I'm going to make water droplet kimbap now.
Cut the remaining ingredients (carrot, burdock, pickled radish, ham) into small pieces, cook them in the remaining egg water, divide them into two pieces, add rice and the egg water cooked in half seaweed, and make a droplet shape.
STEP 13/16
It's done!
On the left is water drop kimbap. The bottom is petal kimbap.
STEP 14/16
Both petal kimbap and water drop kimbap are pretty on the outside, right?
When I made water droplet kimbap, there was no rice, so I made it too insufficient.
As I rolled the ingredients with gimbap, it was a bit tough because of gimbap laver. But on the other hand, it was more savory and savory because of the savory taste of gimbap laver.
STEP 15/16
It looks pretty like this, so it's good as a lunch box menu.
STEP 16/16
You can make the ingredients in gimbap with the ingredients you want, so it's delicious gimbap that you can taste more!!
Thank you for the full meal. :)
