4T of soy sauce, 3T of grain syrup, 0.5t of red pepper paste
Add about 4T of water and boil it down.

Stir and cook until the ingredients are combined.

Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds
Finish it off.

The sauce gets darker as it cools down
Mix it one more time and put it in a bowl
It's soaked in the sauce
You can enjoy it more.
Add salt and boil the potatoes.
Stir-fry it in cooking oil and add the sauce
If you cook it, it's delicious.
When you make braised potatoes

Moisture disappears while cooking
It gives off a chewy texture
