Norwegian mackerel fried mayo fondue
I made fried food that is good to enjoy with my family as a home party menu using Norwegian mackerel.For those who can't eat mackerel well, three flavors of mayo sauce were also added in fondue style!!!

Cooking Steps

Prepare Norwegian mackerel.
(Prepare boneless meat for convenience)

Fry brown in cooking oil and remove grease from kitchen towel.

1. Cut the mackerel carefully if it is weak. 2. You can use sugar or honey instead of oligosaccharide. 3. Vegetables have a good texture when sliced and baked in large pieces, and you can use whatever you want, not pumpkin, carrot, and broccoli. 4. Adjust the wasabi and buldak sauce to your taste. 5. Adjust the flour and bread crumbs by making them without adding a lot from the beginning.
