Please prepare the ingredients.
You don't have to have all the vegetables.
You can prepare the children in the refrigerator.

First, add a stock pack to 1.5L of water and boil it for about 10 minutes.
You can boil it with only kelp and anchovies, but I used a commercial stock pack.

Slice the vegetables while the broth is boiling.

Chop the onions, too.

Please cut the green onions.

Tear oyster mushrooms into bite-size pieces.

Beat in 3 eggs, about a pinch of salt.

Remove the stock pack from the boiled broth and add the chopped vegetables.

Add 2 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of fish sauce, and half a spoon of minced garlic.

When it boils up, add the beaten eggs.

Continue to stir, adding egg water.
Then the egg doesn't clump together and the texture of the egg is soft

Add green onions, please.

You can taste it and add salt to your taste.
I added a little more salt. It's done now.
- You can use a broth pack instead of anchovies and kelp
- Stir gently when adding egg mixture
- If you want to taste savory, add a bit of sesame oil at the end
