STEP 1/8
First, I'm going to season the pork.
I used the fat part of the front leg.
First, add 0.5 spoon of minced garlic, 1 spoon of soy sauce, and pepper to the pork. And let it marinate for a while after you mix it well.
(We didn't have a lot of meat, so we made a small.)
STEP 2/8
Cut the carrots and onions into small pieces and prepare them.
STEP 3/8
I'm going to make the sauce now.
Add 1 spoon of soy sauce, 2 spoons of red pepper powder, 0.5 spoon of minced garlic, 0.5 spoon of oligosaccharide, 1 spoon of plum, and 1 spoon of red pepper paste and mix well.
STEP 4/8
Mix it well and add pepper. The sauce is done!
STEP 5/8
Now, I'm going to make stir-fried spicy pork to eat bok choy wraps!
Stir-fry the marinated pork in a heated pan.
When the meat is half cooked, add onions and carrots and stir-fry them together. :) And when the onion becomes transparent, I put only half of the sauce I made beforehand. The seasoning measurement varies depending on the amount of meat, so it's better to add it little by little while tasting it! I didn't have a lot of meat, so I put in about 3/1 of the seasoning and it fits perfectly.
STEP 6/8
It was good to taste it after stir-frying it hard.
I like spicy food, so I cut and added a cheongyang pepper for spicy food.
Then, the spicy pork that goes well with bok choy wrap is done!
STEP 7/8
Wash bok choy clean and put it together, and it's done!
It felt like a healthy meal.
I always stir-fry bok choy in oyster sauce or put it in shabu-shabu, but if you eat it with pork sometimes, it has a crunchy texture and a unique taste of bok choy, so it's good to eat!
STEP 8/8
I usually like to wrap it with lettuce or perilla leaves, but if there is bok choy, I often eat bok choy wraps like this.
It's really delicious if you eat it with seasoned meat because the bok choy has moisture(?) in it. I ate all the bok choy left.
Try this delicious bok choy wrap!
