STEP 1/5
Cut the radish into 4-5cm pieces.
I sliced half of the cheongyang peppers.
(I didn't have much salted squid, so I prepared a small amount of ingredients. You can prepare the right amount of ingredients according to the amount of salted squid!)
STEP 2/5
Place the sliced radish in a bowl and add a pinch of salt to hold the radish's breath.
Then, add 0.5 spoons of minced garlic and 3 spoons of red pepper powder and mix them well so that the radish doesn't break.
STEP 3/5
After that, add salted squid right away.
I don't have a lot of salted squid left at home, so I put it all in.
Add salted squid and mix well.
STEP 4/5
Mix the sauce well, add Cheongyang red pepper, and add sesame seeds, and you're done with the seasoned squid!
It's really simple, right? It's easy to make, so it's really good, but it tastes like a high-end dish. Radish tastes even better when it dies.
It's less salty after adding radish, so it's delicious even if you just eat it.
After it came out of Sumine's side dishes, if there is any leftover salted squid, I sometimes eat it like this, and it's also good for mixing rice.
Salted squid is seasoned, so it's even better because you don't have to season it separately!
STEP 5/5
I mixed it with rice, but I thought it was a bit messy to take a picture, so I just took it like this. It's really delicious if you put a chopstick of salted squid on the rice and eat it.
The family that we ate together also ate it deliciously because it was not a common salted squid, but a high-quality dish.
When you don't really eat salted squid at home, try eating it with seasoned salted squid!
