STEP 5/7
Add red pepper paste 2T, soy sauce 1T, red pepper powder 2T, sugar 2T, vinegar 3T, starch syrup 1T, perilla oil 2T, minced garlic 1T, sesame seeds and mix.

Put dried pollack, cucumber, seasoning, and sesame seeds in a bowl and season them.
1. If you stir-fry dried pollack with water, it's more moist than just stir-fry it
