STEP 1/8
Make sweet vinegar water to mix with one and a half bowls of rice.
Vinegar: Sugar: Salt = 2 Tbsp: 1 Tbsp: 0.3 Tbsp
Mix the sugar and salt in the sweet vinegar in advance
STEP 2/8
Slice the onion as thin as possible. I use spicy onions after soaking them in water. I just used it because it wasn't spicy. If you cut it as thin as possible, it won't be spicy.
STEP 3/8
Mix the sweet vinegar water with the rice.
STEP 4/8
Put a small amount of wasabi into the sushi-sized rice and make a rice ball with your hands. (No wasabi for kids)
STEP 5/8
Put the salmon on the rice.
STEP 6/8
Add coleslaw sauce. (There's a mayonnaise store next to the supermarket.)
STEP 7/8
Add sliced onions and decorate with parsley powder and sprout vegetables. (Onions help with the greasiness.)
STEP 8/8
You can just eat it with a lot of coleslaw sauce and onions, or dip it in soy sauce for sushi. I did both
The coleslaw sauce goes so well with salmon. If you're worried that wasabi will be spicy, you can make wasabi soy sauce and dip it in it without adding wasabi.
