Cooking Steps

Chop 1/2 onion into small pieces.

Put the flesh of two avocados in a bowl. Add 2 spoons of lemon juice and mash, mixing evenly.
If you add lemon juice first, it prevents the avocado from changing color.

Add 1 spoon of honey. Add chopped onions and tomatoes. Add 2 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of pepper and mix them evenly to complete guacamole.
