STEP 1/12
It's kimchi spam triangle kimbap so you need kimchi and spam
I prepared ripe kimchi and spam.
STEP 2/12
I cut all of them with scissors because there was not much kimchi left in the kimchi container to reduce the amount of dishes to wash.
Eat all the kimchi, reduce the dishes, and kill two birds with one stone!
STEP 3/12
I cut the spam into bite-size pieces.
I recommend you to cut it into small pieces because it has to go inside the triangular kimbap.
STEP 4/12
I'll make the ingredients for the triangular kimbap first.
Put a lot of perilla oil
STEP 5/12
Add kimchi
My child can't eat spicy food well, so I squeezed all the soup in.
You can adjust the soup according to the degree of spicy you want.
STEP 7/12
I'm going to add some spam
STEP 8/12
When the soup boils down, it's done
STEP 9/12
Seaweed took out the seaweed for gimbap from home.
I also prepared a triangle kimbap mold.
STEP 10/12
I need to cut the seaweed.
Make it long, cut the middle, and then cut the triangular part.
STEP 11/12
It's easy to think of the triangular frame and make the side like a wing.
STEP 12/12
Put the mold on top of the kimbap
Rice. - Inside the gimbap. - Rice
Press firmly to fix it, push up the mold, and cover the side wings.
It was a bit tough because it was rice laver, but I'll try traditional laver or rolled laver next time.
But you have to make this triangle kimbap and eat it right away Haha
I made it and ate it right away, but if you want to keep it for a few hours, I think a vinyl version would be good.
I don't think I need to explain the taste Kimchi and spam. What else can I explain Haha
I happily solved my Sunday morning with my child's double thumbs-up.
