Prepare enough water and boil it with a spoonful of salt, and when the water boils, boil the buckwheat noodles for about 5 minutes. Buckwheat noodles are for one serving, so I boiled 4 packs

Place perilla leaves on top of buckwheat noodles and add bell peppers, carrots, and vegetables

It's hard to just roll it, so put the perilla leaf class president on top and press it lightly to roll it around. If you have seaweed feet, you can roll it more easily.
It sticks well if you put water or rice glue on the end of the seaweed.
