STEP 1/7
Sprinkle sugar on the plate in advance.
STEP 2/7
It's comfortable using a deep ladle. I used two tablespoons of sugar to make one. You can add a little more sugar. Keep stirring over low heat with wooden chopsticks.
STEP 3/7
When the sugar is completely melted, add a little bit of baking soda and keep stirring to brighten the color. It takes less than a minute.
STEP 4/7
Pour it into a plate sprinkled with sugar
STEP 5/7
You have to sprinkle sugar on top again so that the presser doesn't stick.
STEP 6/7
I pressed it with hotteok, so it's perfect. If you press it right away, it might stick, so press it after 3 seconds.
STEP 7/7
The mold needs to be taken before it hardens, but it shouldn't be too fast. (Pour into the plate, sprinkle sugar, press after 3 seconds, and then after 3 seconds, I took the mold.)
When you take a shape frame, if it's a little late, it won't harden, or if you take it too fast, the shape will get wrinkled, so timing is important. I get the hang of it. I was going to buy a dalgona set, but I used it at home. I used a new ladle, but after using it once, it changes to a used one that I used for 10 years^^ (Please refer to the video above)
